Bianca is the brainchild of Gianni and Nicola Vietina of Madeo Ristorante and former Four Seasons Hotel executive pastry chef Federico Fernandez. The restaurant offers an elegant menu influenced by the owners’ roots – Italian, Argentinean, French, including some Madeo favorites. Daily offerings from the bakery include organic bread, decadent pastries and custom cakes. They make a great cappuccino, too.
